Membership Details

SANSTHA MEMBERSHIP:

1. Membership may comprise different classes of membership as decided by SANSTHA.
2. Membership have rights and responsibilities set out in this Rules.

ADMISSION  OF MEMBERS:-

1. To become a Member, a person (" the Applicant") must:
   1. Complete an Application for m, if the Rules bylaws or SANSTHA requires this and
   2. Supply any other information the SANSTHA requires.
2. The SANTHA may interview the Applicant when it Considers Membership applications.

3. The SANSTHA shall have complete discretion when it decides whether or not to allow the Applicant become a Member.  The SANSTHA shall advise the Applicant of its decision, and that decision shall be final.

4. THE MEMBER SHALL NOT ACCEPT THE DONATION ON BEHALF OF THE SANTHA.
5. THE SANSTHA SHALL NOT RESPOSIBLE FOR ANY OFFENCE COMMITED BY THE MEMVERS, WHICH IS NOT RELATED BY THE SANTHA.

6. THE MEMBERS SHALL DEPOSIT DONATION FROM ANY PERSON THIRD PARTY,AND THEN DEPOSIT DIRECTLY TO THE SANSTHA AND SANSTHA WILL ISSUE VALID RECEIPT OF THE SAME.

IF ANY PERSON WHO HAS AFORESAID QUALIFICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP:

Life Members:- Who gives Rs 3100/- as a donation shall be called the " LIFE Member" of the Organisation.

General Members:- Who gives Rs 700/-  per yea a donation shall be called as the General Member of the Organisation.

THE REGISTER MEMBERS.

8. The Secretary shall keep a register of Members ("and the Register"), which shall contain the names, of the postal email addresses and telephone numbers of all Members, and the dates at which they became Members.
9. If a Member's contact details charge change, that Member shall give the postal or email number to the Secretary.
10. Each Member shall provide such other details to the SANSHTA requires.
11. Members should have reasonable access to the Register of Members.

12. Termination of Membership

•    Any member of the society who wants against the interests, objectives and reputation of SANSTHA will cease to be its member. The SANSTHA shall have full power to take such decision.
•    A member of the SANSTHA member shall cease to be a member of the SANSTHA if He/ She die, resign, become of unsound mind, become insolvent or is convicted of a criminal offence. He/ She do not attend three consecutive meetings of the SANSTHA. However, if he/ she submits or sends prior written information to the President or Secretary mentioning proper reason for his/ her absence, his/ hr membership may be continued.  He/ She fail to pay the Yearly subscription or dues to the society continuously for 15months the due date.
•    A member may resign from the membership of the society any time by a letter addressed to the president or the Secretary. The E.G shall have full powers to accept resignations. There shall not be restoration of membership after termination.

13. Obligations of Members.
14. All Members (and Committee Members) shall promote the purpose of the SANSTHA and shall do nothing to bring the SANTHA into disrepute.
